Disgusting behavior and attitude

On Sunday 13 November, we visited Foshini store in Table Bay Mall. When we got to the counter the very pregnant and unfriendly assistant attended to us. We kept repeating in a very derogatory manner "your card is declined" that's it no other reason. After I questioned her she got upset snx told me she doesn't know why the card is declining I said okay can you find out. She didn't seem interested. I then asked her where the manager is,again an awful attitude. The apparent second in charge came along, and this bad behavior continues, she didn't even acknowledge us or apologize.. I understand that its the end of the year and and. But when you work in the service industry you ARE REQUIRED to be your best everyday for your customers because those are the people keeping your doors open.
