Disgusting and appalling service as usual

I ordered items from Foschini through Bash and received an incorrect order. This is not the first time I have had the inconvenience of dealing with the incompetence and disorder that goes on from Foschini's warehouse. I order a T-shirt with a code ***5 and received a T-shirt with a code ***1. Just ridiculous. The item I ordered is not available in store, utterly appalling service and unnecessary inconvenience.
