Disgusting, absolutely Disgusting

I have already given them a 1 start rating before but decided to do another as the service just gets worse and worse Just to change a cell number has become such a mission that its pointless to even deal with this company anymore. Today i phoned again to change my number, must be at least the 20th phone call and everytime i get the same reaction, shock and horror that it has not happened, this time however they just put the phone down. No More, once the account is paid I will not be dealing with them again. I have not spent a huge amount with them, R12000, and R7000 to go. Imagine if I did not pay my account, they would be on my case like a rash. I absolutely hate Foschini and will not recommend them or deal with them again.
