Disgusted with Foschini groups lack of fast and free' returns as per their online slogan

I ordered my mother an Easter Lauder gift set for Christmas. It arrived with an empty perfume bottle that was meant to have Knowing perfume in it and an undamaged tube of Knowing lotion. As well as a bottle of Aramis for my husband, which arrived undamaged. It had been very well bubble wrapped, but as I opened it , I could smell perfume very strongly. When I opened the box, I was shocked to find the bottle completely empty. I lifted it out of it's red velvet backing, which was soaked in perfume. I immediately took pictures to send to TFG with my email requesting a pick up, so that I could get a credit and then order my Mom another bottle asap. I placed my order on the 19th December 2019, I have sent many emails since and on my last email at the end of January 2020, warned them that I would have no choice but to tell all on Hello Peter. I have heard nothing since then and my Mom's package is still sitting and waiting to be collected for credit. Their returns are far from 'fast and free' as per their online slogan and I am quite disgusted at their apathy and apparent disregard for making amends with their long standing client. I wouldn't even have given them one star, but your website doesn't allow me to move on without it.
