Disgusted Online Purchasing

I have never been so disappointed and disgusted in service delivery from an online retailer before. I've placed an order and paid for it on 2019/05/24. Everything seemed to be fine, until I queried my delivery.. then all kinds of excuses came up with several "escalations". I've followed up, sent numerous emails... to date 2019/06/04 I've received no parcel and no refund. I would NOT recommend ANY1 to place an order with ANY of The Foschini Group of retailers. They're a bunch of ******** who refuse to even attempt to get a matter sorted
