Foschini said they would get an area manager to contact me and it’s been a week and I have not received a call from anyone , why do you respond and say you sorry that I received bad service and you going to do everything in your power to solve this if you still not doing anything.
The manager still refuses to show the police the footage.
I don’t understand how a huge company like this can be so *********** . I am still disgusted and I think I should even close my account with you guys because really you are no Help
