Disgusted at Foschini’s staff and lack of service

What terrible service. I see a dress on the sale rack, the assistant at the shop speaks very disinterested telling me it’s not on sale. How do you guys even put clothes on your racks?? Non-sale items on the sale items rack? With rude assistants in the shop too. So disgusted
