What kind of customer consultant ASSumes that i want a tester. In fact I came to buy. I absolutely hate her attitude and approach . The correct approach is to ask Ma'am can I help with anything? </p> <p>Then Keana tries to amend by helping me, but she was so **** and talking to her colleague while helping me. </p> <p>I am disappointed.</p> <p>If you don't have people passion don't be in retail.</p> <p>It requires serving and treating ALL people equally.</p> <p>I would like an Head office person to contact me directly and resolve this matter</p>
