Disgraceful lack of service Donna Mall of the South

Walked into Donna Mall of the South and there’s a person standing at the entrance with sanitizer. I browsed around as there was no person visible on the floor. A woman was busy with another customer at the till and when the transaction was complete she waltzed out with the customer. I went back to the entrance and asked if there’s no one else to assist and the lady at the door said she cannot leave the door and her colleagues went of for lunch. I said thank you but I will report this to head office. She rudely shouted thank you do that and Bye, Bye, Bye. When I tried a head office number you can only speak to someone if you have an account. Disgraceful to say the least. That when so many people have been laid off due to lockdown and those who still have jobs are so grateful that they do. Donna Mall of the South can clearly afford to close their doors. Needlesss to say I will never shop there again.
