Disgrace

I cannot get hold of Finrite to cancel the phone insurance on my account. I have not been in the country for over 1 year and I don't need the insurance but I have to pay both every month. I reached out but they have still not responded and charged me yet again. I'm appalled that you'd charge me even during this difficult time!

I've sent an email to Foschini and the woman said she'd send it on to the insurance department but I haven't had any contact. I'm only available via email at ***. Don't attempt to call me like I've said before!
