DISCUSTED CLIENT

I have been a loyal client of thr Foschini group for a few years. Today I was humiliated and mistreated. I ALWAYS pay my account. For the last few months, after I had a heartattack I made my payment later in the month, but I NEVER asked them if I van have a reduction in my monthly payments. This month I paid my account on the 11th. I phoned in on Friday to make sure that all is ok. I was told that all was well. My account IS NOT and NEVER been in arreares. Today I walked into a Foschine and wanted to purchase something. I was told that I have to make a payment first. I was disgusted! There is people who never pay their accounts or pay less than they have to. WHY do I have to be treated like a person that has bad credit with this group. It is a waste of time to phone in and make arrangements because they do not do their work and put it on your profile. TFG group you are a company who do not care mistreating good customers. It is a disgrace. I want answers. Naomi
