On saturday I went to foschini at Siyabuswa Mall in Mpumalanga province to buy airtime and I was asked for my ID number of which I refused to give them and they told me that they cannot sell to me if I do not give them that information, I was told that it is their new policy to ask for ID number if you are buying cash.
