Disappointing service

Ordered a parcel from Bash. Selected a collection through Pargo from Foschini Mall @ Reds. Received a notification that my parcel is ready for collection at Foschini Mall @ Reds. *** On Monday 12th of January. Arrived at Foschini Mall@Reds to collect my parcel. No my parcel is missing cannot find my parcel. Parcel still missing!
