Disappointing Service

Very disappointing service I received today at Markhams Jabulani, I happen to like a pair of sneakers and decide to purchase them on account only for the lady to inform me that my account is closed and I cannot buy. I ask the lady what I need to do to fix that the lady tells me there's nothing she can do I need to call customer services!! What ****es me off is that I received an sms stating that i shud pay R40 by 1st Feb and I paid R300 on the 24th of January only to be told that I cant purchase!! I am very very disappointed with Markhams and tomorrow I'm closing this flippin account !!!!.
