Disappointed Loyal Customer

I'm really disappointed with the service I received from Foshinin I made a purchase online early June and I still have not received it to today I have been emailing and calling but not getting any help I have been a very loyal customer for years one thing I KNOW IS I'M NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY FROM FOSHININ AND I'M GOING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND I'M NOT GOING TO PAY FOR AN ITEAM I NEVER RECEIVED.
