Disappointed in Mobicell Phone

<p>In February 2017 i bought a phone at your Duesouth escape shop at Cresta shopping mall. But before purchasing a phone I told the store supervisor that I'm buying the phone as a gift & the phone must be good as it will be used for work purposes & the clerk told me that the Mobicell is a good phone as it as the new Updated Marshmallow features for Polaroid & Android, & i still said to him we were looking for a Samsung. I also explained to him that it will be impossible to bring the phone in 7 days as the person the phone is bought for stays in the south. Not even a day later the phone was giving problems with the battery dying in less than hour & the whatsapp messages do not get through. So after being at the store twice & explained it to Thabo/Tumi cannot remember his name, that he was the one that sold the phone to us i even made him speak to the person the phone was purchased for. Because the phone is being used for work purposes I was forced to buy another phone on my account & after more than a month the phone was at the store. So i would like the phone that was returned to the shop to be credited from my account. As it when in for repairs & wasnt in my possesion. Please credit my account soonest.</p>
