Disappointed in Inconsistent Return Policy

I purchased a pair of jeans from Foschini. As I usually wear a size 8, I didn’t fit them in-store. After removing the tags and rinsing them (as I do with all new clothes), I tried them on at home and found they were too big—almost as if they had stretched.

I went to the Kenilworth branch to return them, but they refused the refund due to the missing tags. I was then told to try another store, which left me confused about your return policy—it seems inconsistent across branches.

I’ve always trusted Foschini jeans for their fit and quality, but this experience has been disappointing. I still have the jeans and the receipt, and would appreciate being able to return them or have them collected, as I cannot wear them.
