Disappointed

<p>On January 07 2017 i had resigned from The Foschini Group due to unforseen circumstances needing to urgently relocate, i then filled in my necessary " details being my banking details and personal information and as per my team leader everything was correct and she forwarded my documentation through to H.R due to me having to relocate urgently she assured me she could have it processed through to the correct department, by beginning Feb i then called H.R to confirm if my documentation has been received and they confirmed they have it but will only be processed by mid February i then agreed and that was it..on the 16th of march i called again querying about my payout date and according to Foschini because i left on minute notice i still owe the company money and as per the people i spoke to "cheryl" and samantha" they noticed an error on my application form (no email no messagemessage no phone call was given to inform me about this) i then asked samantha " what if i had not phoned would they have gotten back to me and she could not answer my question and said the issue is between myself and H.R not between me and her, she also made a statement that i should in the future not read something i do not understand because now foshini could put any amount in and deduct it from my pension money so thats why my documents have been sent off to another department but i CLEARLY asked my supervisor if everything that was needed was filled in was correct and she agreed..i also asked my supervisor if theres a reason why on the top of my form it says payment due and she confirmed i need not fill that in. I then sent an email to a Kim stating my situation and what statement was made by samantha ALSO asking for a copy of my contract with the Foschini group AND asking her if this would take another 4-6 weeks before i receive my money but no reponse was received. Firstly after 3years of hard work and commitment this is how they treat ex staff that has helped the company make money 2ndly when i call the hr, staff is either out of office or they busy with campaigns or some sort of issue.so who runs the department when nobody is there? I want to know why are they touching my PENSION for an error on their behalf and WHY is no one responding to my questions or emails.</p> <p>Highly annoyed,frustrated and dissapointed in H.R</p> <p> </p>
