Disappointed

I opened an account with Fochini in the hopes of creating a credit score. Been paying my installments, yesterday to my surprise i want to make a purchase, i was told my contract has expired. First of all im not even employed on a contract basis, where so they hot the false information is beyond me. What disgusts me is the lack of communication. Im very disgusted! I paid of the account and destroyed my card. Account wasnt even 6 months old. Going to Fochini was the worst decision of my life!!!! Im utterly disgusted!!!
