Disappointed

I've been a loyal account holder to Fabiani and Markham but i never received a credit limit increase on either of those accounts this year. I only needed the increase cause i had to make a purchase at ********** I thought i'd apply for a bigbuy account but that was declined as well. I app**** for G-Star account and it was declined. I barely have any debt i am and i am always settling my accounts or paying more then i should but that doesn't count at all. I am always told to go apply at a store. Why should i go to a store other retailers grant limit increases over the phone. Foschini only contacts me more money i should always take out more insurances or magazines stop calling me. Kindly cancel the Jewel Insure both actually as well as the One 2 One. I am no longer interested in doing business with your company i am considering to close my accounts soon. I am really disappointed.
