Difficulty in getting the latest statement
Good day
I am not happy with Foschini. I have requested a statement from you in PDF format that clearly displays my details and your customer centre refuse to help me. With advanced accounting software it is very easy to generate a statement and email it. Why would you not allow me to receive my statements even though the balance is zero. That is the best way to keep track of your personal information, to receive a monthly statement. Can you please instruct your account ladies to generate a statement for me and email. This is not a difficult thing to do.
I do not write bad reviews often, but after asking them twice by email and receiving the standard answer, it really makes me angry. There is always someone higher than account ladies that know the advance features on accounting systems.
