didnt give items i purchased to me!!!

I was at the Chatsworth branch, the 1st time I walked out of the store after I saw the line to return later with only one person in from on me. It took so long for the cashier to cash for 3 items before me. Finally getting to pay for my stuff, The assistance manager decides to come now and do a pick up of cash... and unnecessarily talking to the cashier... this is the 2nd time I was at the store I noticed the assistant manager busy talking. There was no assistance with the items I needed I as to ask a lady from a different cosmetic line where would I find items.<br> The staff in the Chatsworth store in the perfume section are more worried about gossip than actually seeing to customers and doing there work....!!!<br> I had purchased all my items, but only got one packet ... I bought to value of R900 and the packet with the items to the amount of R500.00 was put behind the counter and NOT given to me. I had gone 1/2 way home when I checked inside the packet and noticed the items was missing.<br> What kind of business is it to keep expensive items that people have purchased??? This was time consuming... and seriously NOT ON!!! Petrol does not come for FREE!!!!
