Demanding payment on returned goods!

In January I used my Donna Claire account for the first time in a year at Foschini. I opted for a 6 months no interest option. A few weeks later I took a pair of pants and took it on the same option. 2 weeks later I returned them for a credit on my account. The end of February I paid my normal instalment for the merchandise I did keep. Then I started getting SMS' demanding I pay the instalment for the returned goods as well. I phoned and explained that I took it back and asked if it reflected on my account as a credit. The lady confirmed it was credited... but, I still need to pay the instalment for it. I refused, because I will not pay for returned merchandise (never at any other store does it work that way - force you to pay an instalment for returned goods). Today I got a very nasty SMS saying "FINAL REMINDER: You short paid your Donna acc. Pay R85 NOW to avoid collection costs". WHAAAAT?!? In the first pace - I do NOT owe you money on goods I returned to you and in the 2nd place - I honoured my monthly payment on my account I agreed to. Your client relations suck big time and I will pay this account up (after the agreed 6 months with payment ONLY on the goods I kept), close my account and NEVER deal with you again. And I will also advise other clients of yours to be very wary of your way of doing business!!
