Defective Boots - Poor Quality

I'm writing to express my utter shock and disappointment with the boots I purchased from Foschini Sandton Mall on 20th May 2025. After wearing them less than 10 times, the heel tip has literally come off. I'm appalled by the substandard quality, especially considering the price I paid.

I have photos of the issue, which clearly show the defect. I'm devastated that a brand like Foschini, which I've previously trusted, could produce such a poorly made product. I'm extremely dissatisfied and expect immediate attention to this matter.
