Defected Perfume

I purchased a bottle of White Tea perfume ****** lilly for my daughters birthday in May 2024. My daughter open the perfume in June 2024. The spray component is broken. I did take it back to Foshini but was told it can't be changed, they need to speak to the agent. This is very upsetting as the perfume is worth over R1000 and to be defected. I am unhappy as I am customer for over 30 years. The product can't be used as it doesn't spray. R1000 down the drain .Please can I get some help .
