DEBT Settled 2015 still listed!!!

<p>I received a paid up letter via conusmer friend dated October 2015 and recently checked my ITC profile and to my horror the account still reflected as under debt review with an outstanding balance. Please update your records immediately and call me to confirm. i cannot undersand how such a big organisation could get their records wrong. IT'S PATHETIC to say the leasst. From the reviews it appears to be standard incompetence on behalf of Foschini and consumer friend. Emails to consumer friend remains unanswered, if you mange to get through I'm told Foschini must update with ITC. I"M STUCK IN THE MIDDLE PLEASE RESOLVE!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
