Death Benefit claim from club magazine

In Nov last year wife passed away within a week of this I made a claim supp**** all documentation that was required ,this was sent to you from the pavilion store on the W/11/15 ,to which I have had no correspondence ,I have emailed on numerous occasions to no avail , I was in your store pavilion a week ago spoke to the manageress ,who in front of me called you and was told that everybody is off and no one can call back or help me ,so so pathetic,which she totally agreed with me ,no claim has been paid out ,your magazine states a R 2000 death benefit ?
