When you reach a certain age the consultants treat you like you illiterate, you pay and pay and your account balance just never drops the consultant is so damn rude and keep sending you to the store to where as the store assistants are more illiterate than the customer service, last person spoken to had such an attitude who eventually transferred to a Joel. I would like to settle this account effective immediately and have my account ITC updated.

25 Aug 2020, 13:55And my airtime is just going and going and bear in mind they don't compensate you for holding because they do not know how to handle an irate customer nor have experience in objection handling,
