Hi, I've got an account with Foschini and for some reason I got my statement last week or so and to my surprise they charging people a full R20 if they send your statement via email and a R2.80 if they send you sms. Clearly this is the first time I see that a creditor charges us for a statement whereas I've said they can post it to me. This is **************** and also my account was never in arrears whereas last month I was suppose to pay R110 and I'm sure what happened as the arrears amount was r110 and to my surprise this month I have tp pay a full R540, whereas I don't know where does all these charges come from for just 1 month....I regret opening this account and my main issue is the R20 which we must pay for our statements which is very wrong cause other creditors don't charge people for a email. Foschini is robbing people in daylight and they customer service is pathetic. I just need to know why R20 for a email every month, that's a lot of money to take from a person. Thank you
