Day light *******, Baddest service utterly disgusted

25th May I bought a cell phone cash,during the weekend I experience problems with the cellphone, took the phone to vodacom and I was told they can't fix it and I was advised to return the phone back to foschini which i did at foschini they took the phone in and I was told they going to book my phone in at vodacom,I went they several times with no luck and i told the supervisor named Pinky I'm going to take this further and she gladly said I must do that till this today nothing, its over a month I bought a phone that I don't have and those this mean Foschini sell faulty goods,All I want is my money back cause I won't take a phone back that I bought cash hence within 3 days it had to be fix,
