Day light *******

After 4 months of waiting for a cell phone insurance claim to be approved i am now getting sms's from Foschini that my account is overdue with an amount of r325.00 . What i need to know is what this amount is for as i did not have a phone for all these months because of their negligence and still don't have a phone as of Today .The last time when they also made me wait for months for the phone i sent to them for repairs and they lost i still paid for insurance even though i did not have a phone, which i also want a refund for. I am not paying this amount and if no one gets back to me about this complaint as they usually do, i am taking this further
