Day light *******!

<p>I have always enjoyed shopping at foschini and appreciated their service untiI I had the misfortune of shopping at Matlosana mall foschini. I bought a phone which I brought back after 3 days as it was giving me problems. that was back in February, I was told to leave the phone at the shop, then come back the following day because the cellphone staff had left by then. Ever since I have been trying to get the phone back or at least a refund, but they are not willing to give me any of those. The manager has promised to call me back THREE times now, to tell me when I can fetch the phone or refund, she never bothered. This is day light *******, you cannot ***** from your customers!! am really disappointed that after 4 months, foschini refuses to give me what is rightfully mine, i paid forthat phone fair and square.</p>
