Data Contract

had a data and airtime contract with them which ended last year, I lost my phone and i went to mtn to do a simswap and mtj can't help me bcz Foschini still hasn't removed my number from their system. I need my number back I've been using it since 2001 without any problems with doing a simswap up until I joined their contract, I contacted Foschini and they keep on saying they have removed it yet they haven't and their agents don't have a proper way of speaking to me. It's been a month now my life is stuck I can't do anything without my Sim card.
