Damaged Underwear
<p>Purchased underwear for my wife which within like a few months torn and is worn out.</p> <p>I raised with Justin but I'm not impressed that we have to take used ladies underwear into a store to get a credit, how embarrassing???</p> <p>I sent photos of the underwear and where its damaged etc and you can also see from the photos the poor quality of the garments.</p> <p>I would like a better resolution on this matter please, as Justin authorized a credit with taking the items to a store, can we just get a credit and throw the damaged underwear away?</p> <p>I very shocked as its really embarrassing to take the items bac****</p>

Thank you for responding, I did get a response when I initially addressed and before taking to Hello Peter from Justin Byne <***>
I just want the embarrassment of going back to a store with the worn underwear, it does not make sense.
If a gift card / credit can just be given and I can collect from one of the stores - thats all I am asking from Foschini
