Damaged goods -Jacket

Good Day<br> <br> On 03 March 2015 i've done a lay bye and taking out on the 05/05/2015 i did not have the laybye receipt they ask me for certified copy of my ID. on the same day i notice that the jacket was damaged when i come back on Friday the same week there was a load shedding and the lady was there said i must came on monday and on the back of my receipt there is 30 days policy. the manager told me that i must bring a receipt which i told them when came for taking my laybye which i lost it and they do not do refund . And now i have a expensive jacket that is damaged which i can not wear.<br> <br> thank you
