customers not needed

I've been a loyal client for more than 20 years I love their clothes even if I feel that it is sometimes pricey but I love quality clothing I'm a 65 year old and I don't get out much but when I do I like to go clothing shopping with my daughter and grand children we stay near the mall so this is convenient shopping for me in the past when I use to shop here the experiences was quite nice but for a few months now the service is bad in this store when I get in there it feels as if we are not good enough for them where are the good old days when you get service with a smile the grocery stores still do it I feel more appreciated there everyone in the stores faces look like they drank sour milk please do something as I no longer feel welcome there.
