Customer service consultant useless

<p> I've settled my account in May with PETRA POGGENPOEL , and still today the account is still not closed , and I've emailed this person several times I always just get "Ï'll follow up with customer service", ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW AM STILL WAITING. and in the meantime there are charges put into this account , clearly you guys doest take your customers serious . I NEED THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED .<br /><br /></p>
