Customer service

I would to like to make it known that there is well trained and well mannered staff in stores.

I called Foschini Canal Walk a couple of minutes ago and spoke a guy named Lonwubo. I was looking to buy a shoe from the store he kindly assisted me making sure I had the best shopping experience over the telephone which one barely receive today.

They unfortunately did not have the size I was looking for and he offered to check other stores and how he could assist me getting the size I need. He then said that he could get the shoe to come to their store if I could not get to one of the branches he had mentioned, however I said it was fine I will be able to go.
