<p>So my mother holds a foschini account, because post is not working, she had to get her statement from foschini store for the bank, a lady there, Elsie Mngomezulu, blatantly refused her a foschini stamp after numerous attempts saying she was *****....</p> <p> </p> <p>the he bank gave mom a letter with its own stamp, making Elsie see that mom is not ***** and asking that Elsie stamp the statement..: still!!! I had to take my day off to come ruin my day by ending up throwing tantrums .... Elsie on the other hand, was rude as ever, still, and unapologetically so!!!</p>
