Customer Service

I tried to pay my account via my banking app and there was a huge problem trying to log them as a recipient. I phoned FNB and they told me to ph the company. I called their head office number on my statement and the lady was not at all helpful she could not help with the correct name to log into the system. After much debate I told the lady I cannot understand where customer service has gone to in our country as nobody is willing to go the extra mile. I was so furious and ended the call. I eventually figured it out for myself by trying one of their other companies like Matkhamd and Exact. I eventually managed to log them on and pay my account via the exact name. It is with such sadness to see our country going down the tubes with customer service. Very disappointed customer after 40 + years
