I have never in my life got such terrible service at Foschini Sunday. I did a lay-buy last month and Sunday I went to pay the outstanding balance. It was not even packed at the store, it was just me and a lady buying a phone. At the till it was just one lady helping and two ladies cleaning bear in mind the store opened at 9am and I was at the store at 11pm but they were only cleaning at the time customer are walking in. The lady at the till asked to me to the ask one on the ladies to get my lay-buy, when I went to ask her for that she said she is cleaning and gave me a funny face but yet still went to fetch my stuff. I finally got help, paid but released that one pair of shoes I took for my son was too big and asked if I can take size 6 instead of 7. She said to me with a rude face "tsamaya" meaning go. I went to check but they did not have the size I want, I went back to her and said you guys don't have it. She did not even bother to check for me where can I get find, she was slow and rude. I just don't understand that how come they are not friendly, helpful because for one their shop was not even that busy thou it was month end but they only had two customers but yet find it to be rude and unfriendly. I will never shop there again.
