Customer rights violation

I bought a phone from Foschini wonderpark on Saturday. The price tag was R399 on display for the phone but l was made to pay R429 for the phone. I am dissaponted with the service I received because when I mentioned that this phone is R399, the teller told me that there is no manual override on phones and asked if I am taking it or leaving it. Better yet everyone was in hurry to close and leave. As the only customer left and who had to wait for 30 minutes to be assited I had no choice but to take the phone. I'm appalled at the service and I can't believe that in this day and age we still have companies that have foul play and malpractice.
