Customer handed over

Has any one ever had the experience of the tfg group..... Hav they ever put themselves in our shoes where youve been a loyal customer and the time you have a problem they dont take more than 30years in consideration.... Dven when making arrangements... Will never wver recommend any one ever again!!!! Cant miss a paymwnt for one day then they already on your case..... As if you gonna skip country..... Especially when arrangements was made....
