Customer complain

I'm very disappointed with Foschini pretoria cbd church street. Can't exchange my daughters jacket cuz i don't have the slip. I received clothing for my daughter n some don't fit her, went to Pep, Adidas n pick n pay clothing n i didn't have this problem of exchanging. It's not like i wanted money, so disappointed this is poor service. N from when. Such a big store
