Customer care call
I opened an account with Foschini about a month ago. I received a call from the customer care centre at 20.00 in the evening to find out about my experience. I answered all the questions as I thought this was a one time thing. Since then i received 3 other calls for the same reason. All of them at crazy hours 20.00 and 21.00 at night. I have adviced them on the second call already that all the questions were answered already. But they keep on calling me at totally unapropriate times for the same reason.
