Credit Score at Risk

I paid up my account and received letter of settlement from Pienaar & Associates Attorneys(19 Aug 2019). My name was still not cleared even after receiving the letter. My credit record is being affected by this yet I paid up in August and again in 26 March 2020, R973 at Foschini Germiston. I have a receipt for this transaction. Still, even after paying in March my name has still not been cleared. When I contact Foschini I am told I must contact their lawyers, the very lawyers they themselves have failed to reach.

I am frustrated with Foschini, I need help to clear my name. I am a small business owner, I cannot afford to have my credit score compromised.
