CREDIT REFUND
<p>I am waitinf for my credit refund from 2014. The service is pathetic. I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls and to date I still have not received my refund. </p> <p>This is just unacceptable. It appears that there are ***********, illiterate individuals employed by Foschini in the accounts department. Spend some money on training your delayed staff for the sake of customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
