Credit increase application form

On the 16.07.15, I went to foschini store in Westgate to apply for a credit increase, the lady that was assisting me she told me she cant find the app forms( she dont know where it is) the next day i decided to go to Foschini in Key west Mall, to my surprise,another lady that was helping me told me that they ran out of credit increase forms , i must go to Exact they might have and then she ignored me carried on with whatever she was doing. When i got there they also ran out!!! I was sent from shop to shop looking for a SIMPLE credit increase form. No one was willing to help me, and then i went to Sportscene in the same mall Key west, i received the very same treatment . The guy was mean to me, he is a tall crippled guy ( he cant walk properly) he said to me they ran out of forms. and then i said to him, cant he phone head office or do something.he told me theres nothing he can do.(with an attitude) that they have to wait until they order a new stationery thats when they will get the forms. I am very dissapointed , the service i received fro foschini stores was very bad and unacceptable!!! .It is very Sad because ive been supporting Foschini stores for over 15 years and now this
