Credit increase

Good day,

Could you kinldy advise why we need to go to a store and provide documents to get a credit increase???? I mean we are in 2018. There should be a better option to do this? Most banks, stores can do it online. Please explain why Foschini cant? This is just a waste of time and paper. Please provide with feedback?
