Credit bureau problem with a closed Foschini account

I am writing in order to complain about an account I had with Foschini and was paid up and closed in March 2016. The problem I have is that this account still appears on my Transunion credit report which overloads my credit rating and creates an impression that I owe a lot of money ye the amount is just a credit available for use. I have complained several times to Foschini to remove this information from the credit bureau without any positive outcome. I do not need this account at all and wants Foschini to kindy cancel it case with Transunion and send confirmation to me.
